CNC believes in the concept of team first.  

CNC values the importance of teamwork and prioritizes a collaborative approach. We believe that individuals who do not share this belief may not find CNC to be the best fit for them. Our success stems from fostering teams that operate as a closely-knit unit, akin to a secnd family. It is essential for our teams to function smoothly and harmoniously in order to achieve their goals.

Occasionally, when individuals or parents exhibit behaviors that prioritize personal interests over the team's well-being, it can have a detrimental effect on the overall dynamics- This can be likened to a destructive force that , if allowed to spread, can negatively impact the entire team.

For instance, we recently encountered an individual who became solely focused on themselves and their desires, which began to disrupt the team's cohesion. As this behavior continued, it became apparent that their presence was no longer conducive to our team enviornment.  Consequently, they made the decision to leave before any further actions were taken.

CNC takes pride in producing positive outcomes for our participants.  An example of this is little Johnnys's experience with us. Prior to joining CNC, he was part of Triangle United's Silver Team (a reputable club) at either their third or fourth level.  After spending 10 months with CNC and experiencing significant improvement during his time here, he decided to return to Traingle United where he earned a place on their top MLS Next Team--  Demonstrating both his progress and highlighting CNC.s competitive standing among other leading clubs in the area.
